Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA): EPA can prevent the blood from clotting easily. These fatty acids also reduce pain and swelling. •

Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA): DHA plays a key role in the development of eye and nerve tissues. DHA may also reduce the risk of heart and circulatory disease by decreasing the thickness of the blood and lowering blood levels of triglycerides.

Omega 3 helps to maintain cardiovascular health and support cognitive health and brain function. Omega-3 fatty acids are a class of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids with the double bond in the third carbon position from the methyl terminal (hence the use of “3” in their description).

Dosage:
Adults and children 6 years and older:
